The basic Enhanced Mark
SAFETY attribute
FS attribute (abbreviation for Functional Safety)
ISO country code of CA for Canada, US for the United States and EU for Europe, or no country code, depending on the requirements used for certification
Unique identifier
Optional QR code for the smart version
Additionally, these marks must be accompanied by a statement identifying the functional safety standard used for evaluation, the corresponding SIL, ASIL, PL or Class to which a product was evaluated, and the sentence “See installation manual for safety functions.”
A product name and issue/serial number or alphanumeric control number may also appear on a certified product.
