Our EU Partner are recognized notified body by europeon union, As a recognized IECEx Body and Testing Laboratory, we can help you streamline the process by testing to a single set of IEC standards for all your testing & certification needs. This helps streamline your access to multiple markets with a single design and finished product, eliminating the need for duplicate testing.
IECEx recognition and accreditation
DCS alliance notified body is a recognized ExCB and Ex Testing Laboratory (ExTL) and is permitted to operate within the IECEx Scheme. As an ExCB and ExTL, we can generate internationally accepted ExTRs and QARs, allowing us to issue IECEx Certificates of Conformity for your Ex equipment.
The approval process
The IECEx Scheme is designed to facilitate the international trade of electrical equipment used in explosive, hazardous environments (Ex equipment). There are two steps to approving your equipment under the IECEx Scheme:
We test your equipment and issue an IECEx Test Report (ExTR) for compliance.
We evaluate the production facility(s) where your equipment is manufactured to the required Quality Assessment (IECEx Scheme) and issue a Quality Assurance Report (QAR).
